Title: The God-Pikachu Scene: A dimly lit office. The blinds are drawn. Characters: Don Pikachu (Sitting in a large leather chair, slowly stroking a Pichu on his lap). The Petitioner (A nervous Bulbasaur). The Consigliere (Alakazam, holding a spoon and translating telepathically). Bulbasaur: (Shaking) "Don Pikachu... I came to you because the Pokémon League laws failed me. My trainer... he makes me fight Charizards. I’m a Grass type, Don! It’s not fair. I want justice." Don Pikachu: (Slowly looks up. His cheeks spark aggressively in the dark.) "...Pika." Alakazam: (In a deep, dramatic voice) "The Don says: 'You come to me... on the day of my daughter's evolution... and you ask me to take out your trainer?'" Bulbasaur: "I’ll do anything! I’ll give you my Leftovers! I'll give you my Rare Candy!" Don Pikachu: (Sniffs a flower on his desk, then stares sharply at Bulbasaur) "Pika-pika... chu?" Alakazam: "The Don asks: 'Why didn't you come to me first? Why did you go to Officer Jenny? She is nothing to us. We are family. We are... The Syndicate.'" Bulbasaur: "I was foolish, Don! Forgive me!" Don Pikachu: (Nods slowly, waves a tiny paw) "Chuuu." Alakazam: "Good. Justice will be done. Tomorrow, your trainer will wake up and find... a Horsea's head in his bed." Bulbasaur: (Horrified) "A head?!" Alakazam: "No, that’s a metaphor. We’re just going to Thunderbolt him while he’s in the shower." Don Pikachu: (Smiles, extends a small paw to be kissed) "Pika." Bulbasaur: (Kisses the paw) "Thank you, Godfather."
